Yes, this is the final pre-vacation post. Never fear though, I shall lift a toast to each and every one of you while there.

Damn great vacation I must say. Drank my face off in the largest way damn near the entire trip. Only exception was when I was diving in the Carribean which was incredibly beautiful. Weather was hot and sunny with very little rain, and of course further encouraged the extended use of the pool bar lol. No pics yet but once I get them from some of the others, I will post a couple.

One thing that really took me offguard when I first got down there was the sheer number of bare titties on the beach. Canada is such a conservative country that we just don't have that here at all. However, I would have to say that the majority of people at the resort were European (especially Germans, my god!!) and that is the norm from what I was told. I got used to it quick enough but when I first walked down to the beach, my eyes felt like they were popping out of my skull :lol:

One recommendation though to anyone thinking of going to the Dominican in the future. Bring Immodium or get a prescription from your doctor to fight minor intestinal bugs. EVERYONE in our party (40+ in total) had at least 2-3 days of the shits. Definitely a bit of a party wrecking feeling

All in all though, I had a blast and did my best to knock back a pitcher for each one of you

Welcome back, glad you had a fun trip..
Seems like the definition of vacation is the same in all "cold" countries;)
I've had a minor storm and mostly rain..
Rain... In SWEDEN IN DECEMBER.. not even a snowflake.. SICK
