1,How do you double the number of units you can have on the composition summary?

2,Is it just elites ,troops ,fast and heavy that are double not HQ or is it HQ as well?

There are no rules for 'doubling' any slots in the Warhammer 40,000 4th edition rulebook. The only rules for larger games would be to use additional Force Organization charts which you would do by simply making multiple rosters.

I was thinking of p78 of the Warhammer 40,000 4th edition, about armies over 2500pts.

And that says you use multiple detachments. Each detachment has it's own Force Organization chart. Therefore you just make multiple rosters as I've laready stated.
