Wow! So many changes!

Local game store popped up suddenly in my tiny town and has a growing and active 40k community!

SO COOL!

Dusted off the models and have been getting pretty active again.

Started working on some data files for the Shadow War: Armageddon. Wow.... forgot so much of this stuff.

Wow, what a blast from the past! Personally I've not touched my 40k stuff for years, it's all boxed up in the attic.

I envy you so much, Warmonger. There was one in the town next to mine but it closed down in 2012. Haven't had live action fun with my miniatures since. Are there events on a regular basis in your game store?

Actually, it has become pretty active for 40k.  Life happened, so I haven't played in a few months, but they run a league that does one game a week, a monthly mega-battle where the customers take on the store owners and they are working on a kill team variant to get new players into the game, or let people without much money play regularly.    Quite happy with the store actually, and they seem to be doing strong at just over a year of being open.  Of course, they make the majority of their money on Magic: The Gathering.
