Can't find Wrath of Magnus formations for Chaos

Can't find some formations like the Heralds Anarchic and Omniscient Oracles (I know one is CSM and one is CD).

Are they hidden somewhere? I do see some like Sekhmet Conclave. I'm new to using the program so not sure.
