Re: SoB RumorSeems dubious...but the BA PDFdex makes it not completely implausible either.
No plastics would be very annoying too,...but then I already have my army so meh.
Re: SoB RumorThe account is now suspended. Now that is funny!
The gist was the Sisters of Battle might be out in a White Dwarf release spanning two months with a PDF online by year end. Homer The only "hobby" GW is interested in is lining their pockets with your money.
Re: SoB RumorWell, I don't know what the original thought behind the "first" Codex via WD or what it was considered (success or failure) but it would seems like this could possibly be more reasonable a choice to do than a Space Marine chapter. I know that WD 292/293 (depending on where you are) was always a popular issue because of the Zealots.
Age of Cash-mar - alienate you fan base and find a new way to squeeze money out of those poor souls!
Re: SoB RumorSticking Codices and other official rules in White Dwarf is more likely to help them sell more subscriptions. Especially if they are less popular armies and units and so on that wouldn't be worth the time, money and effort of featuring them in a properly published book on their own...
Everyone Dies. It's the final and only lasting Justice. There's no greater good than Justice; It is said correctly that law exists not for the Just but for the unjust, I bow to no one and I give service only for cause.
Re: SoB RumorWhat, like the Dark Eldar, the race with no background and worse sales?
The WD codex is (in the generic form) never going to permanently replace or supplant the full-up codex, even for less popular stuff. Although there are hints that GW are gearing up to start regularly putting new units for published books into WD again, dont bet on that stuff never getting into an actual book. I fully expect that when there's a spare moment in the schedule the SoB will get a fully independent codex of their own, and a significant re-launch...
