40K Writ of Common Knowledge

#1  Postby Homer_S » Wed Apr 20, 2011 9:46 pm

OK,

I've compiled a list of everything I could find for all armies from the following sources:

Codex for each army
Apocalypse
Apocalypse Reload
GW Website/WD's
IAA1
IAA2
IA1-IA10
FW Website

Please take a look and point out any errors or omissions.

Thanks!

There are two sets of things, sets of things:

1) Did I get all of the units from the various sources?

2) Did I account for all of the FOCs and armies a unit can take?

Here's my first question:

For Chaos Daemons, are the super daemons Warmachines, HQs, both or what?

As nearly as I can tell between IAA2 and IA7, they are as follows:

Aeta-whatisis: War Machine ---Aetaos'rau'keres, Slayer of Souls--- ;)
An'ggrath: War Machine & HQ
Scabie: War Machine & HQ
Zarathakyl: War Machine

#1 Aeta fits best under the Legendary tab. It isn't an HQ nor is it a War Machine. It can only be used when Apoc and IA are 'in effect'.

#2 An'ggarth is an HQ. Is usable when 'IA is 'in effect'. The IA7 reference should be the only reference, It was updated from the IAAP1 version(no more possession needed).

#3 Scabeiathrax is an HQ, Is usable when 'IA is 'in effect'. The IA7 reference should be the only reference, It was updated from the IAAP1 version.

IAA2 calls them all War Machines.
