Heavy Support Dreadnoughts

How does one add Dreadnoughts as heavy support choices? Obviously the Master of the Forge is included in the list but I can't make it show the additional Dreadnoughts as heavy support.

Add a Master of the Forge. Add a Dreadnought from Elites. Select the Dreadnought and scroll down in its options. The last selection is Count as Heavy.
