Necrons always get the short end of the stick. :? :|

It seems that the Space Marines and the Imperial Guard always get the best stuff... Chaos of course gets the bonus here also... The rest seem to get to share whats left... I agree, though, that the Necrons are probably the most due for some new toys.

The part that ticks me off is the fact that Chaos can use anything IG or SM, in addition to their own cool stuff. Chaos is getting fed with a silver spoon if you ask me. :x

Its only Because the Imperium still uses the old Play book. So chaos gets to share all the same moves. and anything new just get brought over with the Corrupted. make a good champaign actually.

An up and coming Leader creates new Tactics and/or Formation. Chaos learns about it and seeks to corrupt and turn/capture the Upstart to incorporate the plans or destroy the Imperiums capability to use them.

I would love to be able to use Dreadclaws with my Chaos forces, no doubt about that. My only problem with IA books is that my local area takes a 'codex only' approach to gaming so the books are largely useless to me. That and the fact that FW kits are way too damn expensive for my tastes.

Totally off topic: Gato, wtf is that in your avatar and in the name of all that is holy, where can I see bigger pics of it!!!

The wife got an XMas present order in for me just under the shipping deadline. Here's hoping it actually arrives before the 25th.

I believe I am most looking forward to the Renegade Militia rules.

Which reminds me... is the datafile for this book done yet?

Now?

Now?!

How about now?!

(Sorry. Couldn't resist.)

I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see my Ladies get an Exorcist datasheet too... But no. GW hates the Inquisition.

But i have heard rumors of a up and coming Codex: Inquisition, that combines Witch Hunters, Daemonhunters, and Ordo Xenos Deathwatch codices/army lists into one nice, big codex. :)

Unfortunately, that rumour has been going around for a couple of years now. GW has said they would like to do a book like that but has no plans for it any time in the near future.

I did hear a rumor from a mate ages ago that Foreworld were looking at another Monolith - sort of a "Megalith" for the Necrons.

It seems it might have been put on hold due to Apocalypse.

I agree though - they desperately need something - your oppo knows sooo well what you are turning up with - and there really isn't enough differences to warrant really splashing out on a major Apocalypse force.

A megalith??? Monoliths are hard enough to kill, since they are immune to everything except ordinance! And they are gonna make a bigger one? *cries* GW hates my Ladies!

So the new book has some major typos... Like the Remora drone having 3 (three!!!) structure points...

I heard there was major issues with the book. I bet that the FAQ will be as large as the book itself... Isn't there creatures in there that still have mass points too? BTW that's one strong drone...
