Plastic Baneblade a reality?...

Advance news or just a rumour, post them here for all to see.

Gah. That post also mentions that all harlies except for the box, shadowseer and death jester are being discontinued. F#$%^ you GW. Seriously. WTF?

The box is completely worthless. I know I'm not the only person that looked at the harlie offerings, and just bought a ton of the blister packs with kisses. Being forced to shell out for a box set that contains 80% models I never want to use is a much better proposition. Thanks!

Im more worried about the rules to field it. Its unfieldable in nearly every game, except those where the opponent just wants to see if he could kill it.

If the box comes with new GW rules on the Baneblade, then hells yeah im getting 2. Otherwise, its not worth the trouble, other than just to say i own one.

The rules will most likely be in the Apocalypse rulebook released the week before the Baneblade.

Ya, I can't see GW releasing a model, then tell you you have to buy a forgeworld book to use it.

Though forgeworld does the vice versa all the time...

At any rate, we let all sorts of odd and outdated rulesets go with my gaming circle.
