How would I create an army builder file for Squats?

I found some rules that I would like to implement for a Squat army but I don't know how to create the file. Can someone tell me how I can go about adding the following to a usable Army Builder file?

You would need to create your own game system and rules in Army Builder, as trying to add these to the AB40k files would mean that each time the files were updated they would need to manually added back in again by you. You can learn about creating files in the Army Builder Authoring Kit manual which you will find in the Army Builder folder on your PC (there will be an icon linking to this in your start menu under Army Builder).

No, you would not be able to post it here. This site is for the AB40k files only. You could contact Lone Wolf and ask them if you could have it listed on their Supplmental Downloads page.
