Posted: Fri Sep 07, 2012 7:54 pmThe rules, C:T, pg. 90, state that you can only upgrade one. So, I think what you want to do is upgrade one of them and reduce the original line by one. AB3.x cannot do this without goofing up the minimum squad size. Then, go to the new line and give it a venom cannon.
