I wanted to know wehter there is an option for the Tactical Squad to ge the free Appothecary upgrade, in Case of Lord Commander Cullin leading the Army.
It isn't possivle at the moment to atatch the Honour Guard to Severin.

Honour Guard squads are never attached to a character, they are always separate.

However, there is a bug in that when taking Severin and then an Honour Guard squad, there is a validation warning that you must have a Chapter Master.

As to the Culln issues, they are bugs too. However, the forums are not the place to report bugs. I have posted them in the Bug Tracker for you - if you find any other bugs please use the Tracker link in the menu at the top right of the page.
