Detachment Based Rules

Based on this bug report, I have to redo the game mechanism around determining if Units in "unmixed" detachments get certain rules. Here is the granularity I'm aware of as of today. Please let me know if this is correct. I'll try to keep it updated, no promises!

This is for attaching different traits to the detachments right?  Are you including all the traits by "Member" army or are you just doing the basic show all the and choose the right one?

Currently, this is aimed only at the Troops in an Orks Detachment gain the Dis is... Zog Off! This is not surviving save and reload of rosters. Almost every faction has a rule like this, we own the objective unless you have a unit nearby with the same rule. The Clan Kultur type things are working through save files, based on the Drukhari mechanism.
