Masters missing Weapon costs

 

Noticed most of the masters are missing weapon costs. (BA, DA) Primaris master has access to weapons they can't take.

Well looky, the SM Primaris Captain is goofy too...

Dark Angels fixed.

Blood Angels and SM fixed. SW are correct.
